Cleanliness was a major issue. I found remnants of food from previous guests on the floor, and both the bed sheets and pillows were stained, far from acceptable. I experienced a significant inconvenience with room temperature control failing during the night, leading to uncomfortable sleep. Complications with my reservation caused considerable stress, as the hotel staff could not locate it, despite my prior payment and confirmation.
